I am a breakfast girl. I have to eat within an hour of being awake or else I truly get hangry! I can go without coffee but not food!
One of my favorite breakfasts is overnight oats. They are super easy to make a head of time and the options are endless!
Even little ones like this yummy healthy breakfast!
1 tbsp nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter are my favorites)
2 tsp chia seeds
2tsp flax seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats (or steel cut oats)
1 drop Young Living Cinnamon Bark Vitality, essential oil
Fresh Fruit (blueberries, banana, mango, apples, strawberries, etc.)
- Place everything (aside from toppings) in a glass jar and stir together until well combined. Cover jar with foil or seal lid on container and let soak overnight.
- Before eating, top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts or your choice of toppings!
This is so easy to make and easy to make a few at a time to save you from the morning rush! Get through the week, healthy!
