Lime Salt Recipe with Essential Oils

Lime salt is SO easy to make and great to use for so many things not only in the taste department but also the health department! What you will Need:
-zest of one lime
-1/2 cup fine Sea Salt
-10 drops Lime Essential Oil, I only recommend using Young Living
-Glass Storage Jar with Lid

The first step is to wash your lime with Thieves Fruit & Veggie Soak, to remove any waxes and pesticides on the rind.

Next you will zest your lime into a glass storage container with a lid. I use a 4oz mason jar. Time for the sea salt and Lime essential oil! Add and shake! It is seriously THAT simple! NOTE: slice the naked lime into wedges and add them to your water so it doesn’t go to waste!

Not sure what to use Lime Salt for?
– tequila
– margaritas
– coronas
– sprinkled on homemade tortilla chips
– sprinkled on tacos
– added to guacamole
– sprinkled over roasted veggies
– added to grilled chicken
– in marinades
