Ladies: You CAN be a Little Less, Grrrr. Here is how:

Its inevitable, that time of the month happens whether or not we want it to.  I have learned that with the help of Essential Oils, proper diet and taking care of myself, I can get through that week with a little less grrrrrr. (you all know exactly what that means!)

PMS OILS
Okay, so this is my daily routine during that time of the month:

Progessence Plus || Wake-up, wash face and apply 1-2 drops to my neck.  Repeat the same routine at night before bed.  [note: Progessence Plus is a part of my daily routine,  not just during this time of the month].

Bergamot || I apply 1 drop, neat, on my feet before I put my shoes on in the morning.  I will repeat application to my feet every 3-4 hours, or as desired. This happens to be one of my favorite oils and scents!  I also diffuse Bergamot throughout the day, usually blended with Lavender and Lime.

Dragon Time || I put the rollerball on my bottle and apply it neat to the inside of my wrists, back of my neck and then I will rub my wrists on the side of my neck.  I repeat this throughout the day is needed/desired.  The scent is amazing and very calming!

PanAway || Panaway is wonderful for cramps and back discomfort.  I like to add PanAway to a carrier oil such as Coconut Oil or V-6 which helps the essential oil spread and apply it to my lower abdomen and lower back.  All I have to say is, your welcome.

Ginger ||  I will use ginger to help with nausea and muscular discomfort if needed.  Yes, sometimes the cramps do get that bad and when they do, I will capsule ginger essential oil and take with water.

Stress Away || Stress Away is a great essential oil to add to your drinking water, in my opinion.  It has a wonderful vanilla flavor and helps add extra calmness to my overall mood.

What kind of oils do you use?
We only use oils made by Young Living because we love that they have their own farms and are in complete control over their products from start to finish.   This is so important to us because we feel that knowing the source is key in getting the best results from the oils.  Most oil companies have middlemen and buy plants from random farms to make their oils.  Young Living does not.  They hand pick organic seeds and see them through the distillation process, where they test and test for perfection before bottling up.  I thought, if we are going to use Essential Oils in place of most medicines, I wanted to make sure the oils were 100% pure and not treated with pesticides.  Also, each bottle of oil can be traced to its’ source, how cool is that!?

Where and how should I start?  I always direct people to where I started, and where most do when beginning their journey with Essential Oils.  Young Living has put together an amazing starter kit for beginners containing 11 everyday oils, a diffuser, and a lot of samples and information packets.  It is called the Premium Starter Kit and sells for $160 to wholesale members.  This kit is perfect for those new to using essential oils because it contains some of the most popular oils, such as thieves, lavender, peppermint, stress away, and lemon to name a few.  This kit has everything you need for a basic natural first aid kit and has hundreds upon hundreds of uses.  I am attaching a document to show you what is all in this kit.  I do not really care for the other kits, they are kind of lame.  You just pay a lot for samples, not bottles of oils…
